Payments

Fees are payable as set out in your proposal or package. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is not included in our management fees.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and any content needed to deliver your project. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.

Cancellation

Monthly services run on a rolling basis and may be cancelled with reasonable notice as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.
