Social Media Management
A consistent, on-brand social presence, without the daily effort.
Consistent, on-brand social presence.
What is Social Media Management?
Social media management is the ongoing job of planning posts, producing them and replying to people, so your channels look active instead of abandoned. For most small businesses the goal is not fame; it is that a potential customer who checks your profile finds a business that is clearly alive, clearly good at what it does and easy to contact.
Fewer, better, consistent
The trade I push clients toward is fewer posts done properly. Three good posts a week, every week, beat a fortnight of daily noise followed by two silent months. I build a monthly content plan around a handful of repeatable formats: work you are proud of, answers to questions customers actually ask, the people behind the business, and the occasional offer. Nothing goes out before you have approved the plan.
In your voice, not a brand voice
I write the way you talk to customers, because your regulars can smell an agency caption a mile off. That means British English, your phrases, and no hashtag soup. Photos and clips shot on a decent phone at your place of work, briefed by me, consistently outperform anything from an image library.
The unglamorous half of the job
Replying is half of social. Comments, messages and reviews get answered promptly and in the same voice, because a question ignored for three days is an enquiry lost. I handle the routine; anything sensitive comes to you first.
What you get each month
A plan you approve, the posts produced and published, community replies handled, and a short report in plain English: what went out, what people responded to and what I am changing next month. If a platform is not earning its place for your business, I will recommend dropping it rather than filling it for appearances.

Yes. I agree your brand voice up front and you approve the content plan, so everything sounds like you.
I offer community management to reply to comments and messages within your guidelines.
I can create everything from scratch, or work with photos and information you provide.
No. Social media management builds your organic presence; paid social uses advertising budget to reach more people. They work well together.
