Digital strategy is an honest look at where you stand online and a shortlist of what to do next, in the order that will pay off soonest. It exists because the most expensive mistake in marketing is not a bad campaign; it is a year of effort pointed at the wrong thing.

What I actually review

Your website through a customer's eyes and through Google's: speed, structure, content and conversion path. Your visibility for the searches that matter, against the competitors who keep outranking you and why. Your Google Business Profile and reviews. Whatever marketing you are paying for now, with its real numbers rather than the deck you were shown. And the economics underneath: what an enquiry is worth to you, which decides what any channel is allowed to cost.

What you get

A written plan in plain English: where you stand, the handful of moves that matter, in order, with honest effort and cost attached to each, and the things I would deliberately not do yet. No forty-page audit padding; if it does not change a decision, it does not make the document. We walk through it together, and every recommendation comes with its reason attached so you can challenge it.

Yours to run with anyone

You can act on the plan with me or take it away and run it in-house or with another supplier; it is written to stand alone either way. A useful side effect: clients use it to judge quotes they get elsewhere, because the plan tells them what the work should involve.

Who it suits

Businesses not sure where to begin, owners who suspect their current marketing is not earning its keep and want a second opinion, and anyone about to commit to a retainer, mine included. It is deliberately priced as a sensible first step, and the audit fee is credited if we go on to work together.
