We want you to be happy with our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

One-off projects

For fixed-price projects such as website builds, work begins once payment or a deposit is received. If you cancel after work has started, we may retain a portion of the fee to cover work already completed.

Monthly services

Monthly services such as SEO, PPC and paid social run on a rolling monthly basis. You may cancel with reasonable notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable as the work is delivered across the month.

Advertising spend

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our management fees and are subject to those platforms' own terms.

How to cancel

To cancel a service, please contact us or message us through your customer dashboard. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
